What is the perfect gift? Perhaps so – original, outwardly attractive, evoking emotions, symbolizing or being something important for the recipient, and also demonstrating a good attitude of the donor. A scale model of something, chosen as a gift, opens up the widest scope for imagination, and is also suitable for a person of any age and social group.
It can be a reduced analogue of a favorite architectural landmark or a fragment of a city on a small scale for lovers of travel, a dear model of a ship, car, plane or weapon for fans of technology, a small church or temple for a believer, a symbolic souvenir for an employee of a certain specialty, a fantasy non-standard art an object. Also, a small copy of a house built with your own hands, or an enterprise in which a lot of time and effort has been invested, to express respect and admiration for the work done.
This category of layouts can be designated as the most creative and non-standard, which implies the use of a wide variety of technologies and materials. The gift model is created from plastic, wood, PVC and even glass or metal. According to the classical technology – the parts are drawn on a computer, then cut out on a machine, after which they are painted and assembled by hand by our mock-ups. If the shape is complex, it is possible to use casting, 3D printing, molding technologies. In addition, light and sound effects are often used, as well as moving mechanical elements. Materials and technologies are selected depending on the desired final appearance of the product, as well as in order to simplify and speed up the assembly process. For a better presentation of the final work, it is possible to create a 3D model and 3D visualization.
An excellent example of a gift model is a model of the Gorky Automobile Plant created by us, which the employees decided to present to their director for his birthday. The model shows the entire territory of the plant with all the buildings available there and small architectural forms. The model is made in accordance with the photographs provided by the customer, every detail is realized, down to the size and number of trees. The general static illumination of all buildings was used; also, when the button is pressed, the window in the director’s office lights up separately. The result was a presentable memorable gift that expresses the respect and gratitude of employees to their director. As you know, a gift made with a soul cannot leave anyone indifferent, therefore, a piece of the soul of our employees is invested in each product.
